Terms and Conditions

The Pied Piper, a Children’s Club, offers alternative education comprising of music, dance, art and craft, Theatre, Public speaking, Robotics, AI and other artistic programs, exclusively to its members. Children who are members of this club only can have access to our courses and the centre. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you (“Parent,” “Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration/Admission Fees

  • The admission fee – INR 1,000+GST.
  • One time registration fees are paid before joining into the Club.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration.

2. Membership Fees

  • Membership Fees – INR 1250+ GST
  • A monthly membership fee is required to maintain active membership status.
  • The membership fee will be charged automatically every month.
  • Only a member of the Club has access to the courses.
  • To enrol in our programs, you must submit a completed registration form online. Once you submit the form online, kindly submit a hardcopy of the form along with the Aadhar card of the parent and the child and passport-size photos at the centre.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and true.

3. Membership Requirements

  • To enrol in any course offered by The Pied Piper, you must first become a member.
  • Membership is available to individuals who agree to these Terms and Conditions and abide our rules.

4. Course Fees

  • Each Course Fees is 4500 + GST
  • The course fees should be paid for 3 months or 6 months.
  • As a member, you can enrol in any available course offered by The Pied Piper.
  • Course enrolment is subject to availability.

5. Discount Policy

  • A 10% discount for students enrolling in a 6-month package.
  • A 10% discount for students enrolling in more than one course.
  • For Siblings, the registration fee is waved off.

6. General Terms

6.1 Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance and active participation are expected.
  • Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program.
  • If a child is absent no makeup class is provided.
  • If a child continuously absent for a month his name will be strike off from the course without information.

6.2 Access Restrictions

  • For safety and security reasons, parents, nannies, or guardians are only allowed access up to the cafeteria area on the first floor.
  • Please refrain from entering other areas of the facility without prior permission.

6.3 Code of Conduct

  • Students and parents are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.

6.4 Intellectual Property and Facility Care

  • We kindly request that you respect our intellectual property, including music, dance choreography, and artwork, which are the property of The Pied Piper or its licensors.
  • We appreciate your help in maintaining our facilities and equipment. Please note that any damage to property, instruments, or infrastructure will be charged to the responsible party.
  • Your cooperation in preserving our creative environment is greatly appreciated.

6.5 Health, Safety, and Liability

  • We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff. In the unlikely event of an accident or injury, we will provide first aid and seek medical attention if necessary.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, we cannot assume liability for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from our programs or services.
  • No liability of transportation is provided from Home to the centre.
  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this position.

6.6 Photography and Videography

  • We may take photos or videos during classes, performances, or events.
  • By enrolling, you grant permission for us to use these images for promotional purposes.

6.7 Membership Pause Policy

  • Parents can request a pause in membership under special circumstances such as vacations or exam schedules. A formal request must be submitted in advance to avoid billing issues

6.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process] only in Hyderabad.

6.9 Acceptance

  • By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

6.10 Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
